Job Summary: 
 AMA South Asia, a division of the American Management Association (AMA), is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Associate Director – Consulting Practices. The ideal candidate should have 12+ years of experience with a strong background in consulting and client relationship. This is a leadership role that requires strategic vision, business acumen, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive market.
Candidate will Lead AMA consulting practice by continuously focusing on enhancing customer / partner experience across. Value chain of AMA SA offerings, leading to enhanced width and depth of AMA’s engagement. 

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Complete management of AMA content.
  • Conducting TTT for facilitators & product session for the partners.
  • Work with partners to customize AMA products into solutions for the clients.
  • Support sales in driving memberships / events and contributions for the magazine.
  • Interacting and engaging with the editorial board.
  • Strategically conduct program for key clients and open workshops.
  • Regular Client / Partner engagement through AMA’s range and customized offerings.
  • Regular Innovation in client / partner offerings to sustain & grow the relationships.
  • Customize / bundle AMA solutions to meet diverse segment / association needs. 
  • Establish AMA’s profession certifications offerings as standardized leadership competency across associations & Institutions.
  • Activity work with institutions and association to increase AMA’s depth & width of services.

Key Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in consulting, content management, and client engagement.
  • Strong expertise in customizing learning solutions and delivering high-impact programs.
  • Experience in conducting TTT sessions and enabling partner capability.
  • Proven ability to drive innovation in offerings for clients and partners.
  • Hands-on involvement in sales support, event promotion, and certification strategy.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with institutions, associations, and editorial boards.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of leadership development and consulting practices.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
