Designation - Business Development Executive
Experience - 1-2 years in Sales
Location - Gurgaon, Haryana
Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling to reach out to potential clients and decision-makers.( CFOs, CHROs, HR heads, L&D heads etc.)
- Work on given leads as well as generate new leads through research and networking.
- Present and pitch BYLD’s products and services effectively to clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall business goals.
- Maintain CRM records and report progress on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
- A passion for sales and the desire to build a long-term career in business development.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a quick learner.
- Prior experience in dealing with corporate clients or decision-makers is a plus
